- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 6-8 ounces Salmon fillet
- ½ cup Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 stem Scallion, thinly sliced
- ¼ teaspoon Sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon wedges to serve
Preheat the oven to 425℉. Position the oven rack in the middle. Brush the baking dish with olive oil.
Line the salmon skin side down in the baking dish. Evenly spread the sweet chilli sauce on top of the salmon and then sprinkle the chopped scallions on top. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when you gently press using a fork. Let it rest for 5 minutes. sprinkle salt and pepper and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
