Equipment

Ingredients  

Garlic butter

  • 8 tablespoons Butter, soften or slightly melted
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic, about 3 tablespoon - minced or grated
  • 2 teaspoons Dried oregano

Bread

  • 1 Whole crusty bread (baguette, any artisan bread, french bread, Italian bread or long loaf bread ►recipe link below)
  • 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese, lightly packed (optional)

Instructions

  • Set the oven rack at the lower third and then preheat the oven to broil.

Garlic butter

  • Blend all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl thoughtfully.

Assembly

  • Slice the bread and arrange it into the baking sheet. Evenly spread the garlic butter on the top side of the bread. Sprinkle the grated parmesan on top (if using only ). Transfer into the oven and broil for 3 minutes or until it smells amazing and has a nice golden brown on top. Remove immediately from the oven. Enjoy while it is warm!
